All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. SMATIC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders are confirmed upon payment authorization. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. SMATIC partners with third-party logistics providers (Delhivery, Shiprocket). Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Free standard shipping applies to all orders. Express shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
SMATIC products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is non-transferable. Warranty service is provided through repair, replacement, or refund at SMATIC's discretion.
SMATIC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. SMATIC covers return shipping for defective products. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping.
SMATIC's total liability for any claim arising from use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. SMATIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Governing law is the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
