You'll work on the firmware and control systems for upcoming SMATIC appliances. Experience with microcontrollers (ESP32/STM32), motor control, sensor integration, and IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi/BLE) required. This is a hardware-software intersection role — you'll go from schematic review to field testing.

Build and maintain the SMATIC e-commerce platform, customer portal, and internal tools. Stack: PHP backend, React frontend, MySQL. You'll own the customer-facing web app end to end, from cart to order tracking.

Design the physical form of upcoming SMATIC products — from concept sketching through to production-ready 3D models. You'll collaborate with engineering on DFM, and with marketing on how the product communicates on shelf and in the box.

Own the end-to-end design for smatic.in, the customer app, and all digital touchpoints. Figma-native. You'll run user research, create prototypes, and work directly with developers. We ship fast, so you'll iterate fast.

Own our paid acquisition — Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels. You'll manage budget, creative testing, and ROAS targets. Experience with D2C brands preferred. You'll work closely with creative and analytics to build a scalable acquisition engine.

Write long-form, science-backed content for the SMATIC blog, email newsletters, and social media. Strong research skills required — we only publish content we'd be proud to show a nutritionist. Experience with SEO writing a strong plus.

Manage end-to-end supply chain: vendor relationships, inventory planning, warehousing, and last-mile logistics. You'll work with manufacturing partners, 3PLs (Delhivery/Shiprocket), and build the ops foundation for scale to 10,000+ units/month.

Own post-purchase customer experience — support tickets, returns, warranty claims, and NPS. You'll build systems and lead a small CX team. SMATIC's reputation is built on customer trust; this role is critical to that.

Drive bulk orders, corporate wellness deals, and retail channel development across South India. You'll hunt for new accounts, manage relationships, and close large volume deals. Strong relationship skills and hustle required.
